2-D hard enamel pin on a base of silvery metal. At the back the close consists of 2 butterfly clasps. The Sgmm is 40mm long and 17mm high.
The Sgmm (StadsGewestelijk Materieel Modern) is the modernised version of the Sgm and is going round the dutch railways in this particular colourscheme since the revision between 2003 and 2006. It is the expectation that with the introduction of the new SNG at the end of 2018 that this SGMM will slowly be phased out of service, but for now we can still enjoy it for the time being.
