Warranty

While other countries have specific laws when it comes to warranty, the Netherlands does not. The law on warranty states that an item should last as long as you might expect it to, and if it does not, then warranty applies. This means that the length of the time to which warranty applies, differs for each product.

How do we handle this?

By law there is a trial period of 7 days for each product that you buy, starting from the first day after you have received it.During this trial period it is mandatory to treat the items carefully, as well as the packaging in which it arrived. During the trial period you can unwrap the item (carefully) and use it as intended to see if it is satisfactory. If this is not the case, contact JJPins.nl and explain why you do not like the product and that you wish to return it. Returning an item is at your own risk and cost, in mint condition and in the original packaging. After we have received the item you will receive confirmation, and the purchase amount will be refunded to your bankaccount within 10 working days.

In case of defects:

For all KeycordsTrainstationsign Keychains, Badgereels and Passholders we have a warranty period of 3 months, starting at the date of order. Regardless of whatever is wrong with the product, we will replace it without giving you any hassle for it. The only conditions that we have is that we will only replace an item once, we reserve the right to ask you why it needs replacing and how it broke and lastly, we ask you to send the product back to us. We will not send off a replacement before we have received the product in return.

For all Pins, Tie-pins and Scarfrings we have a warranty period of 6 months, starting at the date of order. Regardless of whatever is wrong with the product, we will replace it without giving you any hassle for it. The only conditions that we have is that we will only replace an item once, we reserve the right to ask you why it needs replacing and how it broke and lastly, we ask you to send the product back to us. We will not send off a replacement before we have received the product in return.

No warranty is provided on the Deluxe Cap Clasps. Plastic Giftboxes (pins and tie-pins) and the Deluxe Flannel Giftboxes (pins and tie-pins.
