Shipping is done via an aircushioned envelope (or letterbox package with bigger orders) via PostNL. If you ordered before 11am on a workday, this generally means that your order is sent out the same day and will arrive the next workday. We will try to send out orders that come in after 11am but before 4pm on the same day, but we cannot always guarantee this. Orders placed just before or during the weekend will take a little longer. If you have any special requests in terms of shipping, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order does not arrive on the expected day, don't panic. The envelopes sometimes take the wrong exit at the sorting center of PostNL which delays them for a day (or two). Please contact us and keep us posted if your order is delayed. If your order has not arrived within a week then we will look into things together and make sure you will get your order via some other way.
